Field QA Request

Field Quality Assurance consists of a technical representative from CSNRI to be present during composite installation to answer technical questions that may arise and advise on the recording of QA documentation. CSNRI Technical Representatives do not manage projects or install product, they will be present purely in an advisory role. Once all fields are completed, press submit and the request will be processed. Upon submission, you will be able to download a pdf version of your submission.
Final confirmation of availability is not issued until a purchase order is received by CSNRI.
Any deviations from the final scope of work may result in additional charges and shall be the sole responsibility of the client.
